These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ISABI STORE website, marketplace, applications, services and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the seller is responsible for the products they list and sell, including their accuracy, quality, legality, availability and compliance with applicable laws.

Product listings may contain information provided by individual sellers. While we encourage sellers to provide accurate information, ISABI STORE does not guarantee that every seller-provided description, image, specification or claim is completely accurate, current or error-free.

ISABI STORE may update its fees with reasonable notice, subject to applicable agreements and law.

By uploading such content, the seller confirms that they have the necessary rights to use it.
The seller grants ISABI STORE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute such content only as reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve the marketplace.
The seller remains responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe another person's rights.
You may not use ISABI STORE to sell, promote, purchase or facilitate unlawful or prohibited goods or services.
This includes, where applicable:
We may remove prohibited listings and take appropriate action against accounts involved.
Where ISABI STORE offers an auction feature, additional auction rules may apply.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that a bid may constitute a commitment to purchase if you win the auction, subject to the applicable auction rules.

Seller-owned trademarks, logos and product content remain the property of their respective owners.
Your use of ISABI STORE is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
ISABI STORE may integrate with third parties, including:

We encourage users and ISABI STORE to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the appropriate court or other dispute-resolution mechanism having lawful jurisdiction.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
